Carolin Schneider completed her first state exam in Heidelberg (Germany) and served her legal clerkship at OLG Karlsruhe where she focused on European law. Carolin therefore brings excellent knowledge about German contract law as well as expertise in cross-border matters within the European Union. Due to her Bachelor’s programme in the Netherlands, she is familiar with the Dutch culture and also able to discuss and assess different issues across subjects.
Carolin supports our Dutch lawyers in particular within our German Desk and with regard to European law issues. In addition to her job at MAAK Advocaten, Carolin Schneider is currently enrolled for the bachelor’s program “Psychology” at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
In addition to her mother tongue (German), Carolin speaks English and has a good basic knowledge of the French and the Italian language.
