Félique Kouthoofd is a Dutch Product Compliance & Regulation attorney in the Netherlands at MAAK Advocaten. An important part of Félique’s work involves advising market participants within the manufacturing industry on complex (European) product regulations, Dutch law, CE marking issues, general and product liability and (industrial) agreements under Dutch law.

Félique acts for national and international manufacturing companies, such as manufacturers, importers, distributors, resellers, government agencies and regulators.
