Lonneke Bont is the HR Advisor at MAAK Advocaten in Amsterdam. She is responsible for creating a professional, supportive and inclusive working environment where legal professionals and business support staff can develop, collaborate and perform at their best. With a strong focus on both people and organisational development, Lonneke is the first point of contact for all HR-related matters within the firm.
Lonneke manages the entire HR lifecycle, from recruitment and selection of new colleagues to onboarding, performance management, professional development and employee wellbeing. She supports both employees and partners on a broad range of human resources matters and helps build a workplace where talent can thrive, knowledge is shared and teamwork is central.
In addition, Lonneke plays an important role in the continuous development of MAAK Advocaten’s HR strategy and policies. She advises on employment conditions, HR policies, learning and development, talent management and organisational growth. She also helps ensure that the firm complies with applicable Dutch employment law, HR regulations and best practices.
