Remko Roosjen

Remko Roosjen specialises in resolving complex business and commercial disputes and regulatory matters. He is a trusted adviser to clients including corporates, entrepreneurs and investors.
Remko has a diverse litigation practice derived from his practical underwriting experience in the Netherlands and commercial background in the manufacturing industry prior to qualifying as a Dutch solicitor. His practice covers various sectors and encompasses both domestic and international disputes.
Remko has been litigating high-value commercial and enforcement disputes throughout the Netherlands, for plaintiffs and defendants, against private parties and government entities. He has tried numerous cases to judgment before judges and juries and has argued in most district courts.
Remko has a master’s in law from Tilburg University (2007) and attended the International School of Law at Helsinki University (2008). In 2013 he successfully completed the specialist training course in National and International Contracting Law at the Grotius Academy.
Remko is admitted to the Dutch Bar. Further to this he is a member of DFA, the Dutch Association for Distribution, Franchise and Agency law. He is also a member of the Association for Dutch-German Attorneys.
Remko is also a lecturer at various conferences and master classes for the manufacturing industry.
