I’m Lotte Elschot, the Talent Specialist at MAAK Advocaten. My mission is to identify, attract, and nurture the most skilled legal professionals in our field and foster a work environment that allows them to thrive.

At MAAK Advocaten, I oversee all aspects of talent acquisition and management. My role encompasses sourcing and recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee development. My primary goal is to ensure that we not only attract top-tier talent but also cultivate an environment that encourages growth, learning, and job satisfaction.
