Margriet Oostenrijk-van Baal is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at MAAK Advocaten. With a background in both law and leadership, Margriet brings over many years of experience in commercial environments, complemented by her legal career. Before transitioning into her COO role, she spent several years as a practicing lawyer and practice manager at a leading law firm. Margriet is still officially listed as a lawyer with the Nederlandse Orde van Advocaten (Dutch Bar Association).

As the COO at MAAK Advocaten, Margriet plays an important role in shaping the firm’s internal structure, implementing change processes, and leading innovation initiatives. Working closely with the Managing Partner and the management team, she ensures continuous growth, operational efficiency, and a strong focus on client satisfaction.
