Jacco Bruinsma

Litigation lawyer in the netherlands

The practice of our Dutch litigation lawyer in the Netherlands Jacco Bruinsma covers a wide range of areas including commercial litigation and contractual and tort disputes. Jacco assists clients in resolving disputes in the Netherlands using alternative dispute resolution (ADR) whenever possible. Jacco has the expertise that foreign clients need. These methods can be used under Dutch law to bring disputes to a conclusion without having to go through formal Dutch court proceedings. Avoiding court can save time and money, as the dispute can be kept confidential. An important part of his work also focuses on advising on commercial contracts, compliance and analysing business disputes before they lead to civil proceedings. This includes setting up a distribution line, drafting sale and agency agreements, but also a part of product safety and product regulations.
